PTG specializes in close-tolerance Tool, Die, and Mold manufacturing and the production of Gages and Custom Precision Machine Parts as well as nuclear component parts. We build complete injection molds, high-speed progressive cutting, forming and stamping dies in carbide and steel. We produce Flat Ground stock and custom Grinding Services. Primary customers are major electronic , semiconductor and communications companies. Manufacturing capabilities include large custom grinding (up to a 16ft. chuck), CNC milling, conventional milling, wire EDM, ram EDM (both conventional and CNC), jig grinding, surface grinding, O.D. grinding, turning, polishing, engraving,and assembly.
