Design & Build gages and fixtures for inspecting or machining customer parts. Gages can be full electronic or conventional dial indicator type designs. Fixturing can be manual clamp or hydraulic/pneumatic based on customer lot sizes. We also offer CNC turning, large capacity CNC milling, high speed CNC milling, grinding, special machines, and assembly. We provide tools for all aspects of turbine airfoil tooling for the aerospace industry and tooling for land based turbines. We use the latest high speed machining technology, wire EDM and conventional EDM.
